Legal opinion the Law of Ukraine on the restoration of trust in the judiciary in Ukraine: european standards and implementation challenges has been developed by Ukrainian experts Roman Kuybida (Center for Political and Legal Reforms) and Oksana Syroyid (Ukrainian Legal Foundation) upon the request of the Council of Europe Project on Strengthening the independence, efficiency and professionalism of the judiciary in Ukraine.
