Conference ‘States and prospects of government reform in Ukraine’

On 27-th of April in 2017 the CPLR and Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with government office for government services and RPR with support of the International Renaissance Foundation held a conference, devoted to an administrative reform.


On 27-th of April in 2017 the CPLR and Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with the Government office for government services and RPR with support of the International Renaissance Foundation held a conference, devoted to an administrative reform.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman mounted a conference and said that the Government would made every effort for implementing government reform in Ukraine. State had to overcome an institutional incompetence of the government machine and form an effective system of government administration, where there would be an effective policy analysis and quality administrative services. The Government appointed Minister for the Cabinet of Ministers Oleksandr Saenko as a responsible person for this reform. After that Volodymyr Groysman gave an advisory opinion on ministries reform.
