On request of International IDEA, Centre of Policy and Legal Reform prepared a short video on legal measures have been implemented in Ukraine in response to COVID 19. Also, the issue of constitutionality of such measures was revealed. This video testimony will be added to the collection of testimonials from other countries for further comparative analysis.
