Mykola Khavronyuk presented results from his Report subsequent to the results of statutory regulation of combatting corruption analysis in a system of justice

On the 30-th of March in 2017 Director of Scientifically development of the CPLR Mykola Khavronyuk took part in the event ‘A judicial power is free from a corruption: Presentation of results of the statutory regulation of combatting corruption analysis in a system of justice concerning to be in congruence with principles of independence and accountability of judges’ with representatives from State judicial administration of Ukraine, Executive Office of the President of Ukraine, National Agency on Corruption Prevention, members of High Council of Justice and High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, members of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, representatives of leading NGO’s and  сontributor’s community.

Mykola Khavronyuk presented results from his Report subsequent to the results of statutory regulation of combatting corruption analysis in a system of justice with recommendations on conciliation of differences, filling up the gaps and improving of tools for combatting corruption in a judicial power.

Presentation take place within the framework of USAID PROGRAMME ‘Fair Justice Project’.
