Presentation of the interim results of the study in terms of depoliticization of the formation of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine

Within the framework of the project «Supporting democracy strengthening in Ukraine during and after the war» experts of the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform conducted a study of the mechanisms for the formation of the Constitutional Court. A comparative analysis of the formation of the personnel composition of Constitutional Courts in select member states of the Council of Europe was carried out.
