The creation of the concept is due to the inconsistency of the formal provisions of the current Constitution of Ukraine with the actual social and geopolitical realities. Amendments to the Constitution are also necessary due to the Euro-Atlantic course of our country, to adapt the national legal system to the relevant EU space and NATO security standards. And after Ukraine’s victory in the war, it will be necessary to adapt the Constitution to the new realities of state-building processes.

The concept of constitutional reform covers the mechanisms of comprehensive constitutional reform and also includes the issue of its maintenance to establish European standards of democratic governance in Ukraine after the victory.
