This study is an attempt to assess the Ukrainian justice system using the EU Justice Scoreboard methodology (the 2022 publication was used as the basis for the report), highlight its advantages and disadvantages, and determine further priority directions for judicial reform in the process of European integration. This study may become a starting point for regular assessment of the Ukrainian justice and its comparison with systems of the EU member states.
