The aim – to initiate the practice of assessing the efficiency, quality and independence of the Ukrainian justice system on the basis of the EU Justice Scoreboard methodology, that used in the European Union.

Based on the results of the evaluation, make a comparative analysis of the justice systems, highlighting the achievements and problematic aspects of the functioning of the Ukrainian judicial system and identifying the best ways to reform, including focusing on best foreign practices.

It’s expected that the tools developed within the project will be used by state agencies, including the Ministry of Justice.
