The analytical brief examined the state of affairs in two areas: parliamentarism and elections and referendum. Brief «Parliamentary reform» includes a description of the key events in those two areas of public policy, issues and challenges as of the beginning of 2022, plans and actions of the authorities in these areas as of beginning of 2022, the influence of the war and martial law on these areas of state policy, EU requirements and standards, as well as other international, current plans of the authorities as of the Fall of 2022, including Ukraine’s Recovery Plan.
