BRIEF on Regions of Ukraine and Organization of Public Administration (regional and sub-regional level)

The CPLR team within the framework of the project «Ukraine after the victory: preparation and communication of reforms for the implementation of “Vision of Ukraine – 2030″» is prepared reform brief in seven directions

The Brief on the state of affairs in the field of regional governance and organization of public administration in the regions covers the historical aspect of the issue, a description of the most important events of state policy in the field, key problems and challenges, plans and actions of the state authorities as of the beginning of 2022, the impact of martial law, requirements and recommendations of the EU and other international documents, as well as current plans of the authorities as of November 2022, including the Recovery Plan of Ukraine.
