Charitable contributions will be directed toward supporting the statutory objectives of the CSO “Centre of Policy and Legal Reform”, including:
– promoting the development of public law and the implementation of institutional reforms capable to ensuring the establishment of democracy, the rule of law, and good governance in Ukraine and other countries;
– analyzing the state of society and its institutions, monitoring the activities of public authorities, and disseminating this information both within the country and abroad;
– conducting scholarly research in the area of public law and related social sciences, publishing the relevant results;
– providing assistance to state authorities and local self-government bodies in making public policy, drafting legislation, decision-making, and ensuring their effective implementation;
– sharing knowledge of the principles and practices of modern democratic society and its institutions, engaging civil society in initiating and sustaining the implementation of political and legal reforms.
Implementation period: throughout the entire duration of the CPLR’s activities (founded on November 18, 1996).
In the event of the CPLR’s dissolution, any remaining funds will be transferred to other Ukrainian civil society organizations with a similar focus (such as think tanks or human rights NGOs) or to the state budget of Ukraine.
The donor (benefactor) agrees that, within the framework of its statutory activities, the CPLR may provide support for projects implemented by Ukrainian civil society or charitable organizations whose activities are consistent with, or correspond to, the statutory objectives of the CPLR.
In the event of the CPLR’s dissolution, and in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian law, any remaining funds will be transferred first to other Ukrainian civil society organizations with a similar scope of activity (such as think tanks or human rights CSOs). Any funds that remain
