The objective of the training is to provide the HACC judges and staff with knowledge and skills in the application of anti-corruption legislation and to address controversial issues of law enforcement in the anti-corruption area.
During the project implementation, the experts will develop training materials and conduct trainings for the HACC judges and staff on the key issues identified in the TNAs and EUACI reports.
NABU detectives and SAP prosecutors may also attend trainings as relevant.
