The goal of the project is to prepare updates to the legislation on local self-government and territorial organization of power necessary to complete the implementation of the Concept of reforming local self-government and territorial organization of power (2014), the relevant sections of Ukraine Facility Plan (2024-2027) and the Action Plan for reforming the local self-government and territorial organization of power in Ukraine for 2024-2027, as well as the Roadmap and other document prepared in the context of Ukraine’s accession to the European Union, based on the policy documents developed within the framework of the U-LEAD-funded Project (implemented in 2023-2024).
