Public Monitoring and Assistance for the Development and Operation of the High Anti-Corruption Court

Project purpose

To support the development of the HACC and administration of justice by it in criminal proceedings on corruption crimes.

Project objectives

1. Public monitoring of the process of institutional and organizational development of the High Anti-Corruption Court, identifying and consolidation of the problems associated with this process.
2. Public monitoring of the administration of justice by the High Anti-Corruption Court in criminal proceedings on corruption crimes, defining problems and typical mistakes in such activities of the Court.
3. Informational, scientific, methodological, and other support to the proper development of the High Anti-Corruption Court and its activities in the administration of justice.
4. Permanent informing of the stakeholders and society about the institutional and organizational development of the HACC and the problems it faces with the administration of justice.
