Promotion of the public administration reform

Goal

Assistance in public administration reform in Ukraine — in order to support public administration reform in the directions:

1. decision-making process and functioning of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
2. central executive bodies’ reform;
3. civil service reform;
4. budget reform.
