The aim of the project is to form an effective network of students to monitor the independence of judges in cases related to the armed conflict in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
The expected results of the project includes but not limited to:
- establish an effective student monitoring network in the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts controlled by the Government of Ukraine;
- obtain a data on the situation with the independence of judges through monitoring cases related to the armed conflict in Donetsk and Luhansk regions;
- develop recommendations to improve the independence of judges in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
