The project aim is to identify and describe the problems of functioning of the judicial system in the context of war conflict in Eastern Ukraine by analyzing the legal framework, legislative initiatives, and important statistic data from various sources. The project is part of a comprehensive study on ability of Ukrainian judicial system to work properly in the context of war conflict in Eastern Ukraine.
The expected results of the project:
Diagnostic table with the list of problems of judicial system during war circumstances on the Eastern Part of Ukraine.
Legislative and institutional changes in the justice system, because of war on the Eastern Part of Ukraine.
Bills, which can influence on the functioning of the judicial system, during war circumstances on the Eastern Part of Ukraine.
Reflection (in statistical data) the impact of the war in the East of Ukraine on the functioning of the justice system.
