Object and results of the action: CPLR assembled a team of experts to review, update and expand the test question database used in the competition for the position of Deputy Head of SAPO. The competition is conducted by the Selection Commission established on 19 March 2026; this is the first application of the substantially reformed selection rules introduced by Law No. 3509-IX.
The team of experts reviews all existing questions, classifying each as valid without changes, requiring revision, or unsuitable for continued use; updates the wording, answer options and references to legislation and case law in force; and develops new original test questions. The work covers four thematic blocks: criminal legislation, criminal procedural legislation, anti-corruption and sector-specific legislation, the Constitution of Ukraine, the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the case law of the ECtHR. Every revised and newly developed question undergoes cross-check peer review; the result is a consolidated test question database ready for technical upload, and a final report.
