Brief on the State of Affairs in the Sector of Law and Order includes a description of the key events of state policy in the area, issues and challenges as of the beginning of 2022, plans and actions of the authorities in this area as of beginning of 2022, the influence of the war and martial law on this area of state policy, EU requirements and standards in this area, as well as other international, current plans of the authorities as of the Fall of 2022, including Ukraine’s Recovery Plan.
