Julia Kyrychenko

Member of the Board

Ukrainian expert on the constitutional law, who is proactive in increasing constitutional culture in Ukraine through last 10 years. Member of the Board and Head of the constitutional law projects of Centre of Policy and Legal Reform. Member of the Board, expert, manager of group on the constitutional reform of Reanimation Package of Reforms.

Former civil servant of 3 rank, worked as Science advisor of the Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Deputy Chief of the senior service for institutional development policy, Chief of constitutional reform department (Secretariat of the President of Ukraine), assistant of the Chairman Judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

At the moment, Julia Kyrychenko is promoting strengthening the constitutional order in Ukraine. She specializes on issues of constitutional design in Ukraine, constitutional adjudication, electoral and referenda legislation.
