The project aims to promote the development of democracy in Ukraine during the war and the post-war period. To achieve this goal, three objectives were identified within the framework of the CPLR project:
Objective 1: Support of a democratic and transparent legislative process in Ukraine
Objective 2: Support the process of depoliticization of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine formation and law enforcement agencies in order to increase the efficiency and impartiality of their work
Objective 3: Support of a democratic and inclusive constitutional process in Ukraine (in the post-conflict period)
