Objectives:
- Preventing the constitutional amendment issues behind the closed doors exclusively within temporary political interests in Ukraine; establishing the civil dialogue between the government and public experts.
- Engagement of the active civil society (i.e. public experts) into the constitutional process issues.
In foreseeable perspective, we expect the constitutional amendment process to be introduced within the democratic procedures paradigm, including constitutional amendments concept development, wide national expert discussion, publication both green and white papers on constitutional reform, and as an outcome, producing the draft law(s) on introducing amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine within the public interest and strictly in compliance with the established constitutional amending procedure.
