The main purpose of the project is to abolish the Law of Ukraine "On All-Ukrainian Referendum".
Within the project, the following tasks are planned:
- Advocacy of the adoption of a new referendum legislation (revision and promotion in Parliament of the Draft Law 2 2145-a);
- Representation in the Constitutional Court of the constitutional petition on the unconstitutionality of the Law of Ukraine "On an All-Ukrainian Referendum";
- conducting an informational and educational campaign to increase citizens' awareness of the provision of referendum legislation.
