Project goal: To promote a culture of judicial accountability and establish a sustainable, consolidated practice of qualification assessment of judges.
Objectives:
- develop a methodology for analyzing judicial practice in certain categories of administrative offense cases using a risk-based approach;
- identify the reasons (objective and subjective) that may contribute to the spread of corrupt practices among judges in the consideration of certain categories of administrative offense cases and lead to evasion of responsibility by offenders;
- provide recommendations on:
а) eliminating the identified negative factors;
b) improving the practice of qualification assessment of judges;
с) improvement of the court practice of consideration of cases concerning the most common and socially significant administrative offenses.
