Project activities will be focused on promoting the decentralization of basic groups of administrative services, in particular on civil registration services and social services, regulation, at the level of law, relations on payment for administrative services, as well as legislative support of a general administrative procedure.
Activities:
- participation in parliamentary working groups and work in parliamentary committees
- writing expert opinions and materials (proposals on bills’ articles, comments to the conclusions of the MSEA, lawyers of the Verkhovna Rada, etc.)
- drafting an analytical document, holding working meetings with MPs of Ukraine and representatives of relevant ministries
- advocacy activities, such as publishing articles in media, holding press conferences, developing infographics, etc.
