The project aims to promote the effective implementation of public administration reform in Ukraine as a key element of good governance and the fulfilment of Ukraine’s commitments within the framework of its accession to the EU.
The project also aims to enhance the analytical capacity of the government in the negotiation process on public administration reform, strengthening expert support for government structures and the negotiating team, and expanding communication and advocacy efforts to engage a wider range of stakeholders and ensure that reform remains high on the agenda of European partners.
