Good governance requires evidence-based, carefully considered decision making. Legal Think Tanks (LTTs) can play an important role in the area of law, policy, and public debate. Reports from six CEE countries (Czechia, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine) prove that despite local differences, there are similar challenges pertaining to interactions between think tanks and governments.
This report presents common conclusions offered by selected LTTs based on their experience, best practices and recommendations.
Experts of the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform Tetiana Blyzniuk and Maksym Sereda took an active part in writing the Report.
