Brief"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The analytical brief examined the state of affairs in two areas: parliamentarism and elections and referendum. Brief \u00abParliamentary reform\u00bb includes a description of the key events in those two areas of public policy, issues and challenges as of the beginning of 2022, plans and actions of the authorities in these areas as of beginning of 2022, the influence of the war and martial law on these areas of state policy, EU requirements and standards, as well as other international, current plans of the authorities as of the Fall of 2022, including Ukraine\u2019s Recovery Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The full text of the brief can be found below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>You can subscribe to the mailing list of materials within the project \u00abUkraine after victory: preparation and communication of reforms for the implementation of the \u201cVision of Ukraine \u2014 2030\u2033\u00bb.
