Ukrainian Public Law and Administration Network.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tWe have teamed up so that civil society gets more opportunities to influence the authorities and local government with the purpose of strengthening reforms.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tExperts from Dnipro, Zaporizhzhya, Kharkiv, Odesa and Lviv collaborate on analytical products, have the opportunity to disseminate information among interested audiences and receive institutional support.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tWe work in 7 areas: Constitutionalism and democracy; Executive Service Organization and Civil Service; Public administration activities; Organization and activities of law enforcement agencies; Courts and judicial proceedings; Prevention of corruption; Local self-government and regional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"oldsitelink\/img\/zstored\/image\/34.jpg\" style=\"width: 600px; height: 393px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<strong>Our goals:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tto increase citizen engagement in civic activities at the national, subnational, and local level;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tto build a national hub-based CSO coalition and to strengthen CPLR&rsquo;s organizational capacity;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tto strengthen the capacity of CSOs in all regions of Ukraine to influence the state and local self-governance to accelerate reforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<strong>We combine the efforts of civil society to achieve the goals of institutional reforms<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tNetwork experts conduct research, analyze policies, draft regulatory acts and advocate for reforms.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tCreate opportunities for the cooperation of civic activists, scholars, journalists and government officials from different regions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<strong>We help understand complex reforms<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tWe increase the number of citizens who understand the role of civic proactiveness in promoting democratic reforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<strong>We build a bridge between state authorities and regional NGOs on the implementation of reforms<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tNetwork experts initiate changes in local policy and engage in the development and discussion of local decision-making processes to accelerate reforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<strong>We strengthen regional civic initiatives and NGOs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tWe train, ensure an exchange of experience, methodology and success stories.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tWe involve regional experts and NGOs in joint development of national analytical products.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tWe involve proactive people in public activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<strong>How do we do it?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tWe disseminate expert analytics in the regions to support democratic reforms.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tWe provide relevant information on the implementation of reforms at the regional level.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tWe prepare high-quality analytics and professional comments with sound arguments.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tWe conduct joint trainings with regional non-governmental organizations and state bodies.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tWe give regional experts the opportunity to enter the national and international level.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\tWe inform central authorities about the problem issues of the regions in the context of implementing reforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tUPLAN Network Experts and the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform are committed to working with non-government organizations that aim to reforming the country through high-quality analytical products, have expertise and potential for cooperation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tENGAGE!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"oldsitelink\/img\/zstored\/image\/35792907_861150550752236_5206456886328557568_o.jpg\" style=\"width: 600px;
