\n\tOn 17-18 December of 2016 CPLR held a conference, where civil society activists from all regions of Ukraine discussed some possibilities to influence on the central and local authorites effectively.<\/p>\n

\n\t\"\"<\/p>\n

\n\tIt is a reminder that from April to June CPLR has delivered training of 5 directs: a decentralization and a local authorites; an improving a quality of administrative services; a police reform; a judicial reform; an anti-corruption expertise. Subsequent to the results of the training the civil society activists became co-authors with CPLR experts of textbooks of methodics. During the conference the best practices of participants were introduced as pitch decks.<\/p>\n

\n\tAt  the end of the event, a founder of CPLR Ihor Koliushko<\/strong> directed attention to necessity of stimulation of citizens to influence on the authorities on the basis of the knowledge, but not in virtue of populism. <\/p>\n
