These experts have examined the obvious problems occurring at various stages of the electoral processes for the postwar national elections and provided proposals for their elimination.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The material was prepared by analyzing electoral legislation, official documents of state authorities, and statistical data.
