This publication is designed to help NGOs in their activity on trial monitoring in order to increase public knowledge of the judicial system operating. There are examples of foreign experience of trial monitoring process you can find in this paper. The manual is based on the methodology developed by the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights. The number of advices are given by the authors on organization of trial monitoring in Ukraine taking into account Ukrainian realities. The manual also contains sample questionnaire and example of completing the questionnaire. The list of recommended sources gives a brilliant opportunity to improve knowledge about the mechanism of supervision and evaluation of the judiciary.
