The book is published based on the results of research conducted by the Center for Political and Legal Reforms of legal reforms in Ukraine, including constitutional, administrative, and judicial reforms. The publication contains the concepts of reforms developed by the CPR, draft laws and other normative legal acts necessary for the effective implementation of reforms.
