In an interview Mr. Koliushko acknowledged the need to reform how judges to the court are appointed and underlined the importance of Ukraine adopting the 1998 Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on war crimes and genocide.
In response to the nuclear threats by the Kremlin fascist, the civilized world must agree upon and announce a potential response today. In my opinion, it must envision economic and boycott sanctions so severe as to make the contemporary Muscovy’s very existence impossible.
