On Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at 11:30 Viktoria Ptashnyk, People’s Deputy of Ukraine, and Experts of CPLR Julia Kyrychenko and Bogdan Bondarenko will discuss the content and importance of constitutional submission on verification of constitutionality of article 208-4 of Rules of Procedures of the Verkhovna Rada submitted by 47 members of parliament of Ukraine.
