On Tuesday, January 29, the Centre for Policy and Legal Reform will host a round table “Disciplinary Responsibility of Prosecutors in Ukraine”, with the support of the Council of Europe and the European Union
This research is dedicated to the problem of bringing the prosecutors to disciplinary responsibility by the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors during 2017-2018. Publication analyses various aspects of disciplinary practice: legislative regulation of bringing prosecutors to disciplinary responsibility, compliance of national legislation on prosecuting the prosecutors with international standards, organizational aspects of consideration of complaints by the Commission, factors that influence the adoption of a decision, court practice in this area.
Authors of the research will present key findings and recommendationson the disciplinary responsibility of prosecutors . After presentation, participants of the round table will discuss thematic issues of the research.
