The parliamentary seminar on Guaranteeing the Constitutional Status of Parliament During Wartime is organized by USAID Rada: Next Generation Program and Centre of Policy and Legal Reform in cooperation with International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA)

USAID Rada: Next Generation Program welcomes you to join the parliamentary seminar on Guaranteeing the Constitutional Status of Parliament During Wartime. The online-event will take place on June 27, starting at 3 P.M.

Among the participants of the seminar will be: representatives of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; specialized scholars; international and national experts.

During the event, they will discuss the following key issues:

  • Guaranteeing the constitutional status of a parliament during wartime;
  • Possible changes to parliamentary procedures during wartime.
