This research is dedicated to the study of the practice of bringing the prosecutors to disciplinary responsibility by the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors during 2017- 2018. Publication analyzes various aspects of disciplinary practice: legislative regulation of bringing prosecutors to disciplinary responsibility, compliance of national legislation on bringing a prosecutor to disciplinary responsibility with international standards, organizational aspects of consideration of complaints by the Commission, factors that influence the decision, court practice in this area. Publication is intended for a wide range of lawyers, scholars, law enforcement officials and all those who are interested in prosecutorial reform.
