The Community Integrity Board was formed on November 11 of 2016
A main goal of the Community Integrity Board is an independent measuring of judges or judicial candidates on their conforming to requirements of integrity and ethics by members of the Board.
CPLR experts Roman Kuybida and Maksym Sereda won at a fair competition for participating in activity of the Board. Many honest activists also became members of the Board and would work for results.
Although, according to the Law ‘On the judicial system and status of judges’ conclusions of the Board would be only recommendatory, but we hope for taking of their into account.
So, we keep tabs on an implementing of the judicial reform!
